چکیده
Different parameters can be used together in the continuous casting process known as an important steel production stage world. It is to use metallurgical appropriate meet product properties. Many innovations have been made from past present. that studies are carried out on many effective topics such analysis, refractory materials, parameters, order make proper solidification will needs with its capabilities. When examined; speed parameter was found terms of quality macro samples. Therefore, this study, effect increase samples investigated. As a method; high carbon, micro-alloyed DIN EN ISO 16120-2: 2011-C66D steels, different castings, changed and were taken evaluated needs. sample results compared; observed. In study; billet facility optimum metallographic physical has investigated interpreted.

BACKGROUND Blood glucose (BG) monitoring systems enable diabetes patients to effectively control and adjust their therapy. BG monitoring systems with a Conformité Européenne (CE) label should meet the standard DIN EN ISO 15197:2003: > or =95% of the BG results shall fall within +/-15 mg/dL of the reference method at BG concentrations <75 mg/dL and within +/-20% at BG concentrations > or =75 mg/...
متن کاملEffects of Casting Speed and Runner Angle on Macrosegregation of Aluminium-Copper Alloy.
Abstract During the solidification of binary metal alloys, chemical heterogeneities at product scale over a long distance range (1cm-1m) develop and this has detrimental effect on the resulting mechanical properties of cast products. Macrosegregation is of great concern to alloy manufacturers and end users as this problem persist. In this study, the use of process parameters namely casting spee...
متن کاملCarbon Analysis in Low-alloy and Carbon Steels with Handheld LIBS
Presented here is a method to analyze carbon content in low alloy and carbon steels, utilizing the technique of handheld laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (HH LIBS). The method specifies the SciAps Z-200, the world’s only handheld analyzer capable of analyzing carbon content in alloys. The Z-200 uses a pulsed, 1064 nm laser, operating at 5.5 mJ/pulse and 50 Hz repetition rate. The onboard sp...
